Human Rights Policy
Our commitment to human dignity, fair labour practices, and equal treatment.
Last updated: August 2026
Purpose
This Human Rights Policy sets out Masterfound Security Group's commitment to respecting human dignity and fair treatment, for our own personnel and in how we expect our business to be conducted.
Our Commitment
We are committed to conducting our business in a way that respects internationally recognised human rights principles and complies with Kenyan labour law, including the Employment Act, 2007. This applies to how we treat our own employees and to what we expect of subcontractors acting on our behalf.
Fair Labour Practices
We do not use child labour or forced labour in any part of our operations, and we expect the same of any subcontractor or supplier. Employees are engaged on lawful terms, paid in accordance with Kenyan minimum wage and labour requirements, and free to associate and organise within the framework of Kenyan law. See also our Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement.
Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity
We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected under Kenyan law, in recruitment, deployment, training, or any other aspect of employment.
Working Conditions
We aim to provide working conditions that protect the safety and dignity of our personnel, including reasonable shift structures, access to rest and sanitation facilities at posts, and the protective equipment appropriate to a given deployment. See our Health & Safety Policy.
Grievance Mechanism
Any employee or third party with a concern about how this policy is being upheld may raise it through our Whistleblower Policy, including anonymously and without fear of retaliation.
