Whistleblower Policy

A clear, safe way to report suspected wrongdoing, without fear of retaliation.

Last updated: August 2026

Purpose

This Whistleblower Policy gives employees, clients, subcontractors, and members of the public a clear, safe way to report suspected wrongdoing connected to Masterfound Security Group, without fear of retaliation.

Who Can Report

Any employee, officer, supervisor, client, subcontractor, or member of the public who has a genuine concern about conduct connected to our business may make a report under this policy.

What to Report

You can report concerns such as: suspected bribery, corruption, or fraud; breaches of our Code of Ethics or Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy; unsafe working practices or breaches of our Health & Safety Policy; unlawful discrimination or harassment; mishandling of confidential or personal information; or any other suspected breach of law or serious misconduct connected to our business.

How to Report

Concerns can be reported by email to info@masterfound.co.ke or by phone to 0733 55 44 89, addressed to management for the attention of a director. Where you prefer not to identify yourself, you may report anonymously through the same channels, though this may limit our ability to follow up or keep you informed of the outcome.

Protection Against Retaliation

We will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report under this policy — including dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any other detrimental treatment. Anyone who believes they have suffered retaliation for reporting in good faith should raise this immediately using the same channels.

Confidentiality

Reports are handled discreetly, and information is shared only with those who need to know it in order to look into the concern raised. Identifying details are protected to the extent possible, consistent with the need to investigate the matter fairly.

What Happens Next

Reports are acknowledged, assessed, and, where warranted, looked into by management or, for more serious matters, escalated to a director. Where appropriate and where contact details are available, the reporter is kept informed of the outcome, subject to confidentiality and any legal constraints.
