Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy

This policy sets out Masterfound Security Group's zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, in any form, by anyone acting on our behalf — including employees, officers, supervisors, and subcontractors.

We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or other improper payments or benefits, to or from anyone, in order to obtain or retain business or any improper advantage. This applies regardless of local custom or common practice, and regardless of whether the counterpart is a private individual or a public official.

Prohibited conduct includes: offering or giving anything of value to a client, official, or any other person to influence a decision improperly; soliciting or accepting anything of value in exchange for preferential treatment, contract award, or overlooking a breach of duty; and facilitation payments made to speed up a routine government or administrative process.

Modest, transparent, and occasional gifts or hospitality exchanged in the ordinary course of a professional relationship are not automatically prohibited, but must never be offered or accepted where they could reasonably be seen as intended to influence a decision, and must be disclosed to management if there is any doubt.

We expect any subcontractor, agent, or supplier acting on our behalf to uphold the same standard set out in this policy, and we reserve the right to end any arrangement where a third party is found to have engaged in bribery or corruption in connection with our business.

Anyone who becomes aware of suspected bribery or corruption connected to our business is encouraged to report it through our Whistleblower Policy, including anonymously, without fear of retaliation.

This policy reflects our obligations under Kenya's Bribery Act, 2016, and the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003, which criminalise bribery and require organisations to maintain adequate procedures to prevent it.
