Behind the Scenes: How We Train Our Security Officers

We run fully equipped training schools at our head office and branches. No recruit is deployed to a client site without completing it first — trust with a client's property has to be earned before it's given.

Every recruit completes a mandatory three-week pre-deployment programme followed by one week of induction. The goal is consistency: a guard trained in one branch should carry the same standard as one trained anywhere else in our network.

Formation drills, parade discipline, and briefings are a regular part of this — building the habits that show up later on an actual shift.

Training doesn't stop at deployment. We run refresher courses, fire and first-aid training, and custom programmes built for specific institutions, including ranches and flower farms with their own operational needs.

The difference between a guard who's been through this process and one who hasn't is visible within the first week on site — in posture, punctuality, and how they handle the unexpected.
